We had a fantastic stay at the chalet in this city. The cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. The hotel facilities were outstanding, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Additionally, the location on the outskirts of this city in the Razlog valley provided a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. We also loved the fact that the hotel had parking available, making it convenient for us to bring our car.

I liked this hotel because of beautiful view and nice apartments. Swimming pool is great, especially after skiing!

Some staff of this hotel don't speak english at all. Bed-clothes at our rooms was changed just one time during our 9 nights staying at hotel. Unfriendly staff at reception. It's rather expensive to get to Bansko if you don't follow shuttle schedule.

Spacious rooms, clean, easy to find, great food in the restaurant. Clean pool. Evyrthing was great!

Chalet was never cleaned well no toilet paper/shower gel/shampoo/conditioner - not even towels!!! We had to ask for them every day to get them. Our beds were never made. Showers never cleaned. far away from bansko centre

Amazing value for money with spacious chalets and great amenities. The chalets were well-equipped and cozy, with everything needed for a ski holiday. The indoor pool and spa facilities were excellent. The stunning views of the mountains added to the overall experience.

Communication was a challenge as the staff had limited English skills. The cleanliness of the chalets was not up to par, with lingering dust even after cleaning.
